Qualifications and Requirements

• All applicants must have valid ID 
• Household income must be more than 2.5 times the rent. You must provide proof of income to complete your application. 
• Credit scores over 620 will be considered for 1 month of security deposit. Credit scores under 600 will require 1.5 months of security deposit. 
• Clean Background (No criminal History), No evictions within the last 3 years 
• A full month rent Non Refundable Money order or Cashiers check will be collected once approved. NO CASH!! 
• Section 8 Applicants will need to submit an application online and have the owner package readily available. They will be in charge of personally delivering any original documentation required by the owner/tenant. 
• Security Deposit plus First month rent will be required for move in. Complete move in amount will be due in Money Order or Cashiers check before keys can be received. NO CASH!!
• Pets might be allowed in some of our rentals, please make sure to ask before applying. A pet deposit of $250.00 will be applied.
   

All applications will have a response within 48 hours if properly completed and all additional docs have been delivered.
